Day 14: 3 Healthy Habits
So my 3 healthy habits are
- I drink at least 2L of water a day
- I try to make sure I do at least 10000 steps a day
- I don’t cook a meal without at least 3 veggies in it
Hahah so this one is a little short and sweet today! But there’s day 14, two weeks in nearly half way there!
